Here's an article on how to work your way up to running 30 min a day.
We were thinking of trying to do 17 miles a week, like that article I read last week... But from what I've read so far on runners world, just jumping into running ~3 miles a day might be physically dangerous, for a non-runner like me. I'm lucky if I get my exercise in 2x a week.
But, starting with 8 days of 20min walks, followed by 4 days of 30min walks, and then this 10 week program, might be the best.
(curious about how many miles I'll travel anyway)
Seems doable, anyway. I know I can do 20min walk or so tonight. (I know I could do more, but might be best to not over do it)
