Tabloid Roulette: Page 27 inks

Hey, I'm really happy with how this one came out. I've got 26 and 27 to tone, assuming I can get my tablet pc to boot.

I've got a mystery date tonight. Hubby had me reserve tonight weeks ago. I have no clue where we are goin!

I Went to Dr. Sketchy's anti-artschool on Sunday. Very fun burlesque life-drawing time with rockin music and a fun dj! To see my drawings from the day, click here
I bought a desert rose crystal rock this week, it is beauty in it's crystalline petals.

Please, oh, please tell me that I will get faster at making you. I want to make many more pages of you, and have so many stories waiting in the wings, and I just feel so darn slow. Please tell me that it will get easier, as I get better.

I plan to finish Tabloid Roulette this year. That' s 15 pages, plus some covers. I'd also like to do another 4 page story of Green Tavern tales this year, but TR is the focus.
I don't know how you pros get so many done!

May. 2nd, 2006 02:16 amPage 3 almost finished, Page 4 almost flatted(courtesy my loving husband), lettering pretty much done, touch ups needed for pages 1-2 (some armor too dark, as is caroline's eye color) So, I colored almost 3 pages today, pretty cool. I had to do some flatting as well.

The file is fine (just had to reflatten the layers). I have colored the heck out of page 2, and done the basics to page 1, and have started the colors on page 3. 2 and 3 have the most color, so thats my focus!
Flatting all the shapes in the channels has helped me sooo much. The coloring is still quick, but for my first color comic try, I'm pleased.
Onward!!!
Pete is due back, and I think that lettering will start, as will the scanning and flatting of page 4.
I'm going to make it!
