This is SO easy... I'd recommend anyone who has a problem with any vendor complain about their mistreatment. It's up to you to make the web a safer place to buy stuff. ;P

anyway, the BBB has an awesome automated form for complaints, and its so easy to do. Very recommended

yep, and emailed a few people on ebay who seem to be having the same problem as me.

It's just not fair to pretend to be a real company, take peoples money and not respond...
