Dad's surgery

Ok, tommorrow is the big day for my father's colon surgery.

Please think of him, pray for the two surgeons who will be working on him, and for a speedy and complication free recovery.

I've been praying for him over the last month and a half, and also for me, asking for peace over this thing. I've felt very peaceful and hopeful this weekend.

We're all a little nervous. I'll be at my parents house around 7 tommorrow to caravan up to the hopital, and they take him off for the main show around 8:30, with the actually surgery happening around 10 I guess.

I am definitely thinking of you and your father today. My best friend's dad also had this surgery about four years ago - he was in his early fifties. He came through it with flying colors and has had no complications since. I wish the same for your dad.
