moderngypsy I checked out FlyLady. It may be just the kind of organizing tips I've been looking for.
But, even before I could get home, the declutter bug hit, and I organized the several piles of errant papers pertaining to several projects, throwing out the things I don't need, and filing everything else. Which helped me find the info I needed to call a chiropractor for my hubby, and generally helped organized a ton of things I've been struggling with.
