House hunting day

We're looking at houses today, and signed with a buyer's agent. We're still not certain about the whole process, but it's really hard to get listing realtor's to talk to us without one.

We're waiting for our next showing at a local coffee shop debating if a cute house in a good location/community is more important to us than an awesome house in the suburbs with no local diners or coffee shops within walkable distance.

It's nice out today, and we're both wearing shorts, it's funny how easy the winter mindset is slipping from us.

I finished the last of the art work for Kumate works yesterday, Christine's writing and my art is going to make a kick butt zine! It will be available at Anime Central this year, but if you want one and can't make it, send me an email and I'll get one for you.
