I am trying to acknowledge the fact that parts of my lifestyle are unhealthy, and may be slowly poisoning myself with my poor choices.
Here are some things I'd like to work on:
*shop for groceries regularly(2 a month is fine)
*Cook dinner a couple times a week (crockpot is fine)
(These two points will help me eat better, and look forward to having nice meals, usually I come home, have nothing in the fridge and am too tired to cook. Thus, the takeout/delivery option. Easy, yes, but also expensive and usually not healthy)
*Drink more water
*Get better sleep
(I know these two will make me feel better quickly)
*exercise more
(but I'm really more concerned about the above 4. I think if I can make those a priority the rest will be easier)
