How my review went

Yay, my review went well. I got average to slightly above average scores for my review. My Boss wanted to stress the lower scores are partially because I'm new, and it takes a while to learn the ropes, especially with the complexity of the things I work with. I agree too, I finally feel like I'm hitting my stride here, knowing how the systems work, ect. She didn't really have anything
bad to say, which is good. I think next year's review will show a lot of progress. Can you believe that next week I'll have been here a whole year?!

Some of the things I brought to the review ,some documentation I did, and my 2 page significant accomplishments. helped my score in the professionalism category. She'll let me see the modified sheet before she sends it off to HR.

Then I showed her my super cool extranet stuff I'm working on. Which she said was cool, and looked nice. (I'm really excited about it) So it was nice to show her what I else I was working on.

I also had a 1.5 hour meeting on the web redesign this afternoon. Robin is back from her hip surgery and said it looked like we really made some progress, which is a nice perspective.
