I love this cd, we'd often play it as we drove. It makes me feel like summer, green fields, grasses, happy music piping over the walls of the Bristol Renn Faire. I'm wearing my outfit, feeling beautiful, and happy. We wander the grounds, dirt paths dappled with shadows and sunlight. My husband and I looking through the shops, visiting with artisans and entertainers.

The taste of sweet cashews and almonds, roasted in a sugary shell, followed by the cool taste of sarsaparilla drunk from our leather cup.

The sun, the walking in my pirate style boots, the swirl of colors, my husband at my side smiling.

Every summer is an instant, but lasts forever. I feel like last summer completely passed us by, we missed out on the Renn Faire and other things, just trying to survive.

I can't wait till this summer. It's waiting there, in Bristol, and I know it hasn't forgotten me.
