Woo, I'm so excited.
Tonight I'm heading out to see Serenity with Studio people/ Book club people!! We used to watch firefly after book readings.

I'm also going tommorrow to the movie with my brother, coworker, and husband, and who knows who else.

All of you please go see the Serenity movie this weekend. As a personal favor for me.
Please! I love this series, and I'm sure I'll love this movie. The more people who see it, the more likely the sequels are going to happen. Please, see this movie, so I can watch the sequels. ok, you can see them too. ;)

We finally got to celebrate my husband's birthday on wednesday, we went to Laredo's. Carlo ordered in Spanish, which is always a learning experience for me. I still catch about 1 word in 3, but am a bit better following conversations.
There was a man with a guitar walking around, he sang Happy Birthday to Carlo, and a sweet song about love, and an amazing song called The Mariachi.
Then we got yummy enchiladas, and Carlo opened his presents. He got his Lovecraft book, a Farcry game and a racing game from us all. I also got him some funny Napolean Dynamite stuff like a patch and folder and ruler set that had stuff like 'vote pedro', or 'give me your tots' on them.

We were honestly too exhausted from our awesome trip in Seattle to celebrate on Tuesday last week, so we just extended things.

After the movie tonight, we're planning on some late night comic work! It feels nice to be working on my comic again.
