Face Proportions, your hand covers your face. .

We had a fantastic presentation at Waldenbooks. More people than the last time came out to hear us talk about anatomy, bishonen, and chibis.

They all stayed and listened to us talk about a variety of proportion tricks, including the 'your hand covers your face' tip. ;) They were all very nice and had some good questions.

So happy too, because when I got there around 5:15, it was kinda dead, but they all came out of the woodwork just before we got started at 6:00.

Very cool.

We got to use our new table stand as well. That really seemed to help people walking by to see that yes, we were there for an event. Good stuff. It all came together, even though we had members driving in four hours to get to the talk, and had printer issues. It was a good thing I had randomly printed off our outline and some emails regarding that outline from allie, so we had a couple copies with us. whew! Maciek and Allie were fantastic, and I piped in from time to time, and took pictures.

Afterwards people came up and checked out or wares, bought a few prints and t-shirts, and a couple zines. Great fun!

I love doing that, having people do this Tai Chi-like group of movements to demonstrate head, arm, hand and total body proportions.
