I made #syrniki (Russian cheese pancakes) for the first time ever! Very yum with warm raisins, topped with powdered sugar and sour cream. My batter was a bit more liquid than I think is ideal. I added flour, but may squeeze any excess liquid out of farmer/cottage cheese first! Still a #cookingwin in my book. Also, very filling. https://instagr.am/p/CAoG2fejEP2/
